Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

 

Certain types of goods are not permitted to be returned. This means that perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Other items not allowed to return:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Select personal care and health products

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

 

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Books showing obvious signs of use

* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular price items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

 

Trade (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.  If you need to replace yours with the same article, send us an e-mail to mail company and send your article to: 255 Rue Antoine Pagneux, L'Arbresle

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift at time of purchase, or if the person who sent the gift has had the order sent to you for delivery later, we will refund the item and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: company address

 

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are at your expense. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a tracking service or having your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
